“LEADERSHIP IN YOUTH – WHEN DO WE BEGIN?”

1. Collaboration is better than competition.
Collaboration opens doors for new opportunities
to inspire, educate, empower and grow.

2. Communities cannot rely on the government
to help them. When relying on the government
you start to loose yourself and loose focus
and the fire and thirst for an independent life.

3.History has shown that people of color rely
on the government they put themselves and their
children behind by decades because many grow
comfortable in the process of colonized
thinking and reliance.

4. Education is still the key to growing out
of poverty. Read multiple books and allow your
mind to grow out of colonized thinking and
brainwashing.

5. Collaborate with others that are not in
poverty and learn from them. Make yourself
needed and dependable.

6. Do not get complacent with hand-outs.
One day the hand will be taken away or turn
around and smack you in the face. If smacked
too much you start to accept this a normal
and natural (Slavery).

7. Get involved in helping others in your
community even if you have little there is
always someone, some family that has less
than you do.

8.Reach across the isle of color, culture,
gender, generation and pull others up as
you grow up.

9.God first in everything you do!!!

10. Collaborate with girls and women who
think creatively. Their ideas view the
sunrises and sunsets of life that bring
inspiration and encouragement.

11. Instead of looking for a wife, start
looking for a partner that shares a passion
for life, living, building communities,
building families and enjoys
the little things in life.

12. It is ok to date and marry out of your
culture, color, race, and heritage so long
as they respect you, your family, your
history and your destiny and you
do the same for them.

13. Look at the world globally because where
you live and work they will not appreciate
your abilities, talents, skills, passions,
purpose and position
in life that God has for you.

14.Mentor youth in your community, in your
city, in your village, in your nation, on
your continent, and globally.

15. Make sure you have a savings account so
when God tells you to go you’re not walking
along the way. At least have a car, bike, etc,
to get where the Lord needs you to go.

16.Remember Christ even needed an entourage,
a sponsor, a social media team, an accountant,
a warrior, a hustler, a prayer warrior, and
those that kept their mouths shut and did
what they were supposed to.

17. Be the kind of leader that can wash
others feet first, serve others their food
first, bring water to the thirsty, provide
food for the hungry and still do laundry
and take out the garbage.

18. Respect women of all ages, colors, cultures,
talents, skills and abilities. Having women as
your friend does not mean you have your own
person hoe house, it means that the women
you employ will teach the world what you teach
them and spread your words, deeds and actions
faster than men. Women are the providers of
the community, they are your news agency,
they are your community workers, your early
warning service and your social media consultants.

19. Look at the good in everyone, but be sure
to check out the intentions of self determination
and self-promotion.

20. Men remember that not everyone is your friend,
women remember not everyone is your friend.

21.Keep prayers, praise, purpose in your heart
because God will always look in your heart.

22.Even for the little things thank God, no
matter how small, not matter how big!!

Give Thanks….

Ministry to Technology to STEAMM

Ministry to Technology to STEAMM

STEAMM – Science Technology Engineering
Arts Math Metaverse are growing educational
initiatives that are changing and re-defining
the learning foundations of youth, teens, and
young adults especially Black and Brown
children in the United States and Africa.

Educators that can teach in VR, AR, MR, XR
and using AI are in high demand because they
have developed a mind-set that can be used
virtually.

Ministers are also affected, those in the Church of
Christ are using social media to connect to their
congregations and if the digital infrastructure is
stable there are interactions and collaborations.

Proper training in areas of Technology, STEM,
STEAM and STEAMM are key initiatives that
building employable skill-sets in a digital age
where the metaverse is growing.

The value and influence of STEM, STEAM and
STEAMM Education is influencing future career
choices, the skills, and abilities that businesses
are demanding and require for the future
workforce.

Even ministries are looking at the skills of their
ministers to be sure they can preach and teach
virtually. Ministers must adapt to being virtual
and apply more energy and engagement to
digital audiences. People want to see their
ministers, evangelists, preachers, and leaders
excited even more so because they are online.

Growing congregations are selling their buildings
because in person attendance is down and “virtual
church” has grown tremendously. The message
from ministries using tech is look at us, look what
we are doing, look to see how we are engaged
with the community virtually.

Liberation Podcast
Discussion on how technology, Metaverse, Altspace VR and digital spaces are shaping and molding digital evangelism.

These transitions are happening now and building
more beyond the streaming to actual Metaverse
churches, ministries, prayer services and other
digital ministerial activities.

More ministries are hiring digital experts to create
strategies for their ministries to attract potential
new members that are embracing digital church.
The term, “worshiping in spirit and in truth,” is
empowered and recognized as validated and
empowered. Being in spirit, is that we carry
the spirit of God in each of us, we should
worship in truth because God sees
the truth of our hearts. “But the hour is coming,
and now is, when the true worshipers
shall worship the Father in spirit and truth, for
the Father seeks such to worship Him”
(John 4:23)

The idea that God is on social media can be
applied in ministerial pursuits has ministries
scrambling to obtain high speed Internet access,
building web sites, Facebook pages, Twitter
accounts, Instagram pages, YouTube channels,
Tic Toc accounts and more.

Ministries are holding Clubhouse church services
and Metaverse churches are growing. Churches
must adapt and revolutionize their ability to
stream content, broadcast the minister, evangelize
and reach the masses.

My wife and I share our passion for STEAMM,
Technology, Social Media and integrating these
in ministry. Being labeled Digital Evangelists
means, integrating tech, sharing our faith,
collaborating locally, nationally, and globally.

Providing resources for study and engagement.
Using the audio podcasting platforms to teach
https://anchor.fm/william-d-jackson and using Facebook, Let The
Bible Speak TV in collaboration across the Internet.
https://www.facebook.com/LET-the-BIBLE-SPEAK-TV-109526513806972

Youth, teens, young adults need to have opportunities to build
their technology skills to be the digital leaders their nations will
need in the future as technology continues to grow in influence
and evolution. Many biblical, bible, ministerial, church schools
are not providing the necessary instruction for ministers to adapt.
The technology of content creation can cross geographical
boundaries and bring those of other faiths together for a common
good of worships.

Technology will open doors for Christian’s, Moslems, and other
faiths to work together in blogging, podcasting, and sharing content
that is global. Global influences can be created that influence social,
economic, geopolitical and educational strategies and initiatives.
Using digital tools that have long reaches where faith, friendships
and fellowship grow.

Where even professional educators, administrators and educational
advocates can meet in safe places to share ideas for educational
reforms that actually benefit children, families, and communities.

Ministries must continue to embrace technology and even require
their ministers, evangelist, preachers, teachers and others in
leadership to know beyond basic skills so they can build relationships
digitally. Christ emphasized relationships, building, maintaining and
create that builds a collaboration of praise and worship.

The questions of should ministries start using social media has
been answered. If ministries are not, they will slowly fade in members
and close their doors. In ministry we are supposed to go where the
people are to save souls and keep souls saved everywhere.

Hispanic & Latino Digital Influencers Using The Metaverse to Grow

Hispanic & Latino Digital Influencers Using The Metaverse to Grow

The nation of Costa Rica
The nation of Costa Rica

The recent Hispanic Heritage Month activities, events,
celebrations, gatherings show the beauty and great
potential of Hispanic people across the global
landscape and even on the Metaverse.

As STEAMM and Virtual Reality Educator (VRE) I see the
growth of Hispanics & Latinos in the areas of VR, XR,
MR, and other areas that involve immersion of virtual
realities. The Metaverse is full of the beauty, charm,
splendor of the human condition of diversity and authentic
of culture and heritage.

Hispanics are passing Blacks in their ability to establish
digital businesses, creating NFTs, building entrepreneurial
communities in the traditional brick and mortar environments
across the nation. The spirit of collaboration is continuing
to grow with Hispanics, to grow their community, culture,
heritage and economic influence with Web 3. Americans are
not the only ones creating phenomenal NFT Art work.

The value of VR Education is not lost on the growing Hispanic
communities that are engaged, involved and empowered by virtual
worlds. There are newspaper articles, panel discussions and
economic news sharing how Hispanics & Latinos are growing in
their digital skills, talents and abilities.

Latin American countries are displaying tremendous growth
potential for the metaverse. The projections are in the next
5 to 7 years, according to forecasts by companies in
tech areas. “Statista” estimates that the use of new metaverse
technologies could grow by as much as 400% in the Central
and South American regions.

Digital Jobs Globally

William and Aida Jackson are speaking at WordCamp San Jose,
Costa Rica in November 2022 and their presentation is
specifically about WordPress and its blending with the
Metaverse. The perception about Central and South America
are changing with the growing numbers of technology savvy
males and females.
The Jackson’s will be taking both their Oculus with them to
WordCamp to show the potential in business and education.

Central America

Hispanic communities are quietly and quickly growing even
during a growing projected recession, depending on who
you speak with. Hispanics have a different reference and
model of thinking than Blacks. Their forcus is more on
business and education. Gaming comes in as well, but the
vision is how to increase wealth, how to empower family,
and how to prosper as entrepreneurs, not how many levels
in a game they can beat or getting a high score when they,
Hispanics & Latinos want to be the producers of the games.

The Hispanic community has a purpose and reason to be
online, estimated that, within the next four years,
approximately 75% of the global population will be using
new technologies. South America, Central America and
Hispanics in North America are building momentum in a
quiet and determined way. According to many international
consulting firms like the Analysis Group, the metaverse
could account for 2.8% of the world’s GDP by 2032 if not
sooner.

Stated by many Hispanics, “Entrepreneurship is in our blood,”
Ana Paula Calvo, a McKinsey engagement manager who is a
Latina. She was born in Mexico City, but grew up between
the US and Mexico. In the article:
“What makes the US Latino population an untapped engine
for growth?”
Latinos are an economic engine for the USA. They are the
fastest growing minority: by 2030, 1 in 5 workers will be
Latino and they (Latinos) are already investing in
many areas as entrepreneurial.

When interviewing those fleeing from South America and
some parts of Central America coming to the United State
there are three things Latinos/Latinas want.
1. Employment, 2. Education, 3. Economic Equality.
There is the desire to work for a living, the vision that
hard work pays off and the whole family benefits.
Unfortunately the previous American Presidential
administration tried to paint the picture that Hispanics
& Latinos are taking American jobs, they are criminals
and other negative perceptions. These words are racists and
demeaning. They are not accurate and dangerous, dripping
with hatred and self-motivating gain for political
power because they demean and demonize a culture and
a heritage of hardworking, family oriented people that
only want equal access to careers, education and economic
stability.

Powerful words are shared by Ana when she states that,
“For many, when we come to the US, it’s to create a better
life,” “and if building our own business is going to help
us, then that’s the path we’ll take.” The unfortunate
cycle is that Blacks are not provided for this drive
in their communities and not provided the economic
incentives and vision for business ownership.

The power of the Latino mind-set for business ownership
is that, “If we could close the gap so that the number
of Latino businesses was in line with their share of the
population, some 735,000 new businesses could be added
to the US economy, supporting 6.6. million new jobs,”
Ana shares. Even with a looming recession this makes
way for economic advancement and educational excellence.
The article, “What makes the US Latino population an
untapped engine for growth?” makes many points why
this nation should be encouraging, supporting,
embracing and financing businesses that have a high
success rate of prosperity and building communities.

The Metaverse is here to stay and is growing, it is
not just for gaming, although gaming is a multi-billion
dollar industry, but money is in the areas of STEAMM
that educators William and Aida Jackson are teaching
and mentoring. Science Technology Engineering
Arts Math Metaverse can be see in conferences like
WordCamp San Jose in Costa Rica. Looking at the
Metaverse Spatial Gallery created by William Jackson
for WordCamp San Jose, WordCamp Sevilla in Spain
and in Africa for WordCamp Jinja in Uganda. The vision
of William is broad, expanding and empowering businesses
in a new and developing direction. The Metaverse and
Immersive Environments are here and growing.
