A powerful statement by a former United States of America
President and who has African culture embedded in his
DNA can be applied in this time of Digital Change, Adaptation,
Evolution and Revolution……
“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or
some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
We are the change that we seek.” Barack Obama, former
US President.
Africa Digital

Black Business Month in the United States includes the
African Diaspora and those of African descent and culture.
We must not allow those of other cultures to separate us
and weaken us as was done in the past. In this new ecosystem
of digital awareness, immersive environments and integration
of AI & VR, Black Businesses and those of the African Diaspora
across the continent of Africa and globally face multiple
challenges and massively great education and business opportunities. Technology is the great equalizer and elevator to economic stability
if Black/African people apply their creativity, innovation and intelligence.

Think creativity and believe in innovation and imagination that individually each of us have. Black/African people in the US and the African nations
across the greatest continent cannot remain economically deprived and denied. The great intelligence, intellect, creativity and innovation that
comes from Africa lives in each of us down to our DNA and that of our
spiritual connections to Africa.

Digital Jobs Globally

The need for educational and technological trainings have increased
to a level where trainings, workshops and webinars should be a standard practice and professional learning events provided across all Black,
African and Diaspora communities. Black Businesses must be sure to
be seen, heard, engaged, contributing to the local, national
and international occurrences of growth and expansion. The web site
of MetaverseWP shows the growth and development of technology conferences that have happened since 2017 in the nations of
Kenya, Uganda, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa and a growth of businesses
that are small and medium size. https://metaversewp.com/destination

Being a Black/African Business means being ready to give your sales
pitch to potential clients at a moment’s notice, being engaging and conversational, reachable for mentorships and noticed on social media platforms that are requiring consistent engagement, interaction and
even creating content that markets and brands the business logo,
and mission and vision statements.

The challenges, struggles, and scalability is a consistent challenge
that Black/African Businesses face and must meet head on. Overcome challenges and celebrate success. A Black/African Business Owner
must be on their game constantly and dress to the business of being
a business owner and even an entrepreneur. It has been told young
Black and African men and women you have to practice your craft
every day, you have to be ready every day because you never know
who is watching you and when opportunities present themselves
to apply intellect and intelligence.

“Anyone who has ever struggled with poverty knows how extremely
expensive it is to be poor.” James Baldwin (Fifth Avenue, Uptown.
Esquire)

Education must always be the primary goal for Black/African families
together. Children must see their parents reading and writing, children
must see their parents striving to grow intellectually and as entrepreneurs. “Until the lion learns how to (read, comprehend and) write, every story
will glorify the hunter.” Chinua Achebe, Things Fall Apart, 1958. Inspiring,
the start of Modern African Literature.

Reading Books is Lit

There is a tremendous need, a need for Black/African Businesses in Black/African communities because Black/African youth, teens and
young adults must see the Black/African Business Owners. To understand
that Black/African Businesses are still important to the financial stability
of homes, neighborhoods, communities, cities and even nations. The Black/African dollar must circulate in the Black and African home and community multiple times to provide communities a consistent economic leverage of sustainability, reliability and profitability.

Unfortunately schools where Black and African youth, teens and young adults are not taught to see themselves as business owners and entrepreneurs. They are not taught to be creative, innovative and imaginative. The vision of Black
Business is not shared in the classrooms, so this does not help Blacks, Africans grow in the Boardrooms, Politics of nations and lack political power. This must change if Black and African Businesses are to evolve, survive, thrive and rise. Learn how to apply AI (Artificial Intelligence), VR (Virtual Reality), IOT (Internet of Things), Metaverse and other Immerging
Tech. There are multiple African tech conferences going on across Africa https://metaversewp.com/destination

Black/African owned businesses can help create inclusivity in the market, create jobs, and improve relationships in communities. They can help close
the wealth gap and increase a nation’s finances, which promotes the economy. In 2021, Black-owned businesses in the U.S. generated $206 billion in revenue and supported 3.56 million jobs. There must be more that can be done locally, nationally and even internationally.

If not Black and African communities will wither and die, they will be gentrified for other cultures and with lack of investments to resuscitate will die and be entered into history books again that have died to serve others. Black and African businesses must never forget that colonization was not too long ago and work still needs to be done to build Black and African communities internationally. Black Businesses like MetaverseWP https://metaversewp.com/ are showing that Black Businesses can be sustainable, reliable, scalable and viable in the fields of technological influence, sustainability internationally.

“[Don’t] let anyone convince you that your dream, your vision to be an entrepreneur, is something that you shouldn’t do. What often happens is that people who are well-meaning (like family and friends), who really care for us, are afraid for us and talk us out of it.” Cathy Hughes. Never allow anyone to talk you out of your journey and purpose as a business owner and entrepreneur. In the words of Stever Harvey, “The brands that will thrive in the coming years are the ones that have a purpose beyond profit.”

My Quest To Teach, “My calling is to help people, to teach people, to share with people, until I die. I can never stop doing that. I can’t, and I don’t want to. God has blessed me with so many opportunities it causes great love to build community and establish increased global relationships, especially across Africa.”
