inspire, encourage, educate and elevate youth, teens and young
adults as leaders, creators and innovators of the future.
Teaching youth, teens and young adults necessary leadership
skills is very important. The equality and equitability of life
is important, the youth and young adults of our nations will
be our future leaders, they will be our creatives, innovators,
problem solvers and educators.
The pandemic is showing that leadership is not easy, but it is
needed to address the current and future challenges of our world.
We live in a global community where nationalism has not place,
where democracy means equality and equitability for all and
where men and women need to be respectful, supportive and
encouraging to each other.
Support, encouragement, inspiring, educating and being involved
in their communities are just some of the keys to success.

For all nations the best resource that any nation has is its,
youth, teens, young adults and adults. They must be educated,
empowered and encouraged to be the foundations that are needed
for nations to build better and be better in the coming years.
To take care of the elders whose shoulders we all stand on to
reach for the sky and the stars and beyond. Aida Marie Jackson
