Programs on Netflix, NPR, CNN and other sources of information
are showing how information is being created to influence
peoples political, religious and social consciousness. Words are
manipulated to create an emotional attachment so when heard
it is instantly designed either to change the channel, mentally
disconnect and even create anger and hatred.

Conservatism, Progressiveness, Generational, Nationalism,
Multi-cultural, Native, Hispanic, African American,
Bible-belt, Republican, Independent, Democrat and others
already create impressions that influence emotions and
subliminal messages of acceptance, rejections, respect,
comfort, hate, rebellion, and inspire execution of those
feelings to take action in aggressive manners.

The United States has its own form of radicalism in place
that may be hidden behind a smiling face, the symbols that
are in place and who people are secretively associated with.
The use of words expresses ideologies, sympathies and
connections.

The levels of engagement and relevancy of information is
vital because the public needs to understand how to apply
their understanding of applied and manipulated information
and what they will get out of it. Youth, teens and young adults
are learning now even if they are not aware of it how they
should react to people, situations, circumstances, and images
based on where the content is coming from.

Recent shootings are showing the power of digital media,
there is power in the human voice. The human voice contains
the powers of life and death – literally. When parents are told to
be careful what they name their children, when families of status
and stature look at the names of their children’s potential mates
and the influence on social status, economic power, political
influence, educational acceptance into elite educational institutions
can be influenced by names. Propaganda can be applied in
the naming of people, groups, families and organizations.

Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr use images, photos and video
to capture the mind, to create emotional attachments and project
potential futures of occurrence and happenstance. This is not new
it has been applied in ads for beverages and food, used to set an
image for automobiles, applied to social gatherings and where people
of socia-economic status should live, breed and grow old. The movie
The Great Hack https://www.thegreathack.com/
should be required watching by higher education students that
are majoring in Political Science, Social Media Management and
similar curriculum’s.

The catalyst for many deceptions, mis-directions, influences,
subterfuge and perceptions of others as historically seen is POWER,
INFLUENCE, MONEY and LIFE STYLE SECURITY.

The power in politics, the influence of religion, the engagement of
education and the depth of economic influence to have people
vote in a direction that they “think” is best for them and their
families, but in reality it may take them some place where there
is no escape and their souls have been sold by their votes.

The old story of the Kings New Clothes is being played out in the
political kingdoms globally, like lambs to the slaughter people are
not questioning the overall picture of where are we going in 5,
10, 15 and 20 years. What type of communities will we be in,
will they be culturally diverse or will it be separate, unequal,
divisive, exclusionary and hierarchical?

History will not be able to tell the truth because those in political
power write the history books. Look at Columbus what did he really
discover before he landed on lands that were not lost, but already
inhabited, cultivated, and pioneered. History has many believing this
land was lost, savage and a threat to someone else’s national
security. History is repeating itself in similar ways because we
have not learn from its’ past.

Weaponizing words has a distant echo from Hitler to Castro,
from Stalin the Trump, and other political dictators. In these United
States of America there are echos of human rights violations
against women, children, families of color and cultures.
Segregationist and nationalist language, evasive and diversity
overtones to keep cultural and racial groups separate and blaming
each other as they are pawns in a political process of
lies and deceptions.
